Brown's Services

Brown's Heating and Cooling is pleased to present our Priority Customer Service Agreements. Below are some prices and information for what is included in our different service plans. Gas Heating System

Includes: 10 Point fall start-up
HOT AIR; clean & adjust pilot, check thermocouple, adjust burners & clean if needed, check belt, check filter & replace if needed, check & adjust controls, check gas valve & regulator, oil motors and/or bearings, check ignition module, flame sensor, ignitors, thermostat & check overall operation

Price shown is for one gas heating system. For two heat systems cost is $245.00 for both.

Air Conditioning System

Includes: 10 Point spring start-up
Adjust belts, oil all moving parts, replace filter as needed, check controls, thermostat, test compressor amp draw, test for overload, check overall operation. Includes priority service during normal business hours. AC system leaks not covered under Service Contract. A $75.00 reclamation fee plus time and material will be charged for repairing leaks.

Price shown is for one AC system and does not include tax. Compressor failure and/or replacement not included in contract. For two AC systems cost is $135 each - $270 for both.

Both Air Conditioning & Heating

Includes: 10 Point start-ups (One each season as described above)
Includes priority & emergency service as described above. AC system leaks not covered under Service Contract. A $75.00 reclamation fee plus time and material will be charged for repairing leaks.

Price shown is for one AC system and one Heating system and does not include tax. Cost for two heating systems and two AC systems $465 for both.

Boiler System Only

Includes: 10 Point fall start-up
BOILER: check ifnition module, flame sensor, ignitors, clean & adjust pilot, check thermocouple, adjust burners & clean if needed, check water feed, low water cut off & expansion tank, check water jacket, calibrate thermostat & check overall operations. Includes priority service during normal business hours. Bleeding system(s) not included.

Price shown is for one boiler system. For two boiler systems cost is $170 each - $340 for both.

Humidifier Coverage

Includes: Clean pan, check float, check water level, check evaporator pad & overall operations in conjunction with the furnace service. Customer responsible for cleaning the unit 3 to 4 times during the season.

Gas/Electric Water Heater Coverage

Gas Includes: Checking thermocouple, check flu draft, sediment deposits, clean burners & pilots.
Electric Includes: Check all electrical elements, thermostats & sediment deposits.

Air Duct Cleaning

Dust, dirt, pollen, animal dander and other airborne contaminants are pulled into your duct system every time the heating system runs. Each time the system is turned on, contaminants are spewed out and circulated throughout your home and affect the health and comfort of you and your family.

Indoor Air Quality

Improve the air you breathe with products such as Electronic Air Cleaners, Medic, Filters, Ultra-Violet Lights, and Pure Air Systems.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Remove built up lint in vent.
